This is how I to get over 50+ g of protein at Taco Bell


The order:

Diet baja blast: zero calories


The best option at taco bell has to be the Chicken power bowl you're going to order:

Extra grilled chicken, lettuce and cabbage and easy beans and rice.

Which comes out to 400 calories and 32g of protein


Then you can also pair it up with a soft shell chicken taco with extra chicken that has 21 g of protein.



Honorable mention is the chicken quesadilla with extra grilled chicken and easy on the cheese it has 28g and 430 calories. :)
