Yet, he looks exactly the same today as he did half a decade ago. He is just going through the paces at the gym, putting in the time but never seeing the return on investment. The fitness industry is filled with "gym bro" logic passed down from generation to generation. Some of it works by accident, but most of it is wildly inefficient.
